(1) For the purpose of payment of travel allowance, to pay the bill for the air, train and bus ticket for the first time coming to the convention and to submit the proof of the visit to the convention along with the Nissa travel bill.

(2) Unless there is a change in the travel expenses, an amount equal to the daily and travel allowance bill with a certified bill voucher attached once in accordance with sub-section (1) from the second time also for going to participate in the meeting of the House or the committee. The Secretariat of the Federal Parliament will provide a written lump-sum payment for the travel allowance to the concerned officials or members.
